Reflecting on the past year. Ask yourself these questions.
One of the questions I like to ask myself is “What was my bliss this past year?”
“What worked really well, and what didn’t? For what didn’t work, how can I change that?”
Ask yourself “What ideas did I have this past year that I really liked? Any that I might want to think about revisiting and taking action on?”
“Who was in my life that really made a difference and supported me?” Next ask yourself, “How can I show them appreciation so that I can build that supportive relationship. On the same token, any relationship that wasn’t as supportive – are there any changes I can address there?”
